IT Support Rate: $99 per hour (subsequent 15-minute blocks will be charged at $24.75 per block).
Billing Basis: IT support time is chargeable regardless of whether the issue is fully resolved, as outcomes may be affected by third-party systems, device condition, software limitations, or provider dependencies.
Travel: Travel within 15 km is included.
Where travel exceeds 15 km and agreed upon, additional travel time is billed in 15-minute increments at $24.75 per block.
