A travel fee may apply for locations outside the usual service area. This will always be discussed before confirming a booking.

Aged Care Facilities and Retirement Villages

Services are available to individuals in aged care facilities, retirement villages, supported living settings, and independent living units within the service area.

I’m more than comfortable to abide by your site’s policies / rules such as:

  • resident consent
  • facility access requirements
  • visitor sign-in and identification
  • staff approval where required
  • infection control or safety requirements
  • any relevant facility policies
